with high quality fresh articles and niche typical products.
Our dishes are based on what this land and the sea has to offer each month separately, just the way our grandparents prepared food for us.
Bread

Every day fresh focaccia bread is kneaded by hand and baked at Astragalia.
Made only with organic flour, semolina, hand collected sea salt and organic olive oil from our family”s
olive grove.

Wine is an essential part of Mediterranean culture and we take it quite seriously.
We have created strong relations with small-scale acclaimed Greek and Italian winemakers of the finest wines.
Every year, we are visiting and participating in numerous wine tastings in both countries to present you various types of wine;
